We met Deb while viewing an open house. Our initial impression was that she was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. We were fortunate to discover that she was that and so much more. Deb is the type of person who not only exemplifies all the positive qualities you hope ( really hope) you'll find in an agent but she does it in such an unassuming manner that's she makes it appear effortless and fun. We saw a few homes we liked and a few that we didn't. Each time Deb was working to narrow our search down to the home that we finally selected. Deb was also our listing agent and again she was simply on top of every aspect from start to finish. She was there on days when we were stressed to talk us through it and on the more enjoyable days to share with us. Even when she wasn't physically there, you knew she was thinking of you. We were painting in preparation for the open house when Deb called to check in. Just as we hung up, there was a pizza delivery at our front door. Deb wanted to make sure that we took a break and ate. That's just how Deb is...... It's easy to hit all the obvious positive points with Deb, as there are so many.
